These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MACRY.CC and our Counter-Strike 1.6 game-server hosting services. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. The service

MACRY.CC provides game-server hosting for Counter-Strike 1.6, managed through our client area and game panel (panel.macry.cc). Servers are delivered as a digital service.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your country of residence.

3. Billing and payments

  • Services are paid for in EUR using account credit (balance), which you top up via PayPal, Western Union, or Skrill.
  • Servers are billed for fixed periods. To keep a server active you must renew it before it expires.
  • If a server is not renewed, it may be suspended and subsequently deleted after the grace period. Deleted servers and their data cannot be recovered.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to host or distribute illegal content, to launch attacks (including DDoS) or run malicious software, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

5. Refunds

Our refund and service-delivery terms are described in our Refund & Service Delivery Policy.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Planned maintenance and factors beyond our control may cause downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MACRY.CC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where MACRY.CC operates.
