Refund & Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how MACRY.CC delivers its services and how refunds are handled.

1. Service delivery

• MACRY.CC provides a digital service — Counter-Strike 1.6 game-server hosting. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
• After a successful payment, your account balance is credited and your server is provisioned automatically, usually within minutes.
• You access and manage your server through the client area and the game panel at panel.macry.cc.
• If a server is not provisioned due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will resolve it or restore the corresponding balance.

2. Refund policy

• Because servers are a digital service provisioned on demand, payments are non-refundable once a server has been provisioned.
• Unused account balance that has not yet been spent on a server remains available as account credit for future use and does not expire while your account is active.
• We do not provide cash refunds of account credit.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

3. Top-ups and credit

You add funds to your account balance (in EUR) using PayPal, Western Union, or Skrill, then spend that balance on servers and add-ons. Western Union payments are credited manually after we verify your transfer.

4. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account and servers pending resolution. Please reach out to us first — we're happy to help.
